After waiting a number of days outside of the dungeon, you feel as though 
the gem has nothing else to offer you.  In fact, it feels like the great 
strength you obtained from it has been reduced to nothing.
You feel that it is finally time to enter the dungeon, but moving through 
the doorway saps what energy you have left.  You fall to the ground in a deep coma.
The dungeon door closes after some time as another danger noodle 
lays an egg in the nest you pillaged and ate from, and the dungeon door 
is locked once again.  You are not dead, for you cannot die, 
but you will never wake again...
