Thanks to the totally-not-strange decision of eating a gemstone-like egg, 
you have incredible strength.  This makes picking up the troll an easy 
feat.  "Well, I don't see any way out of this" it mutters to itself as you
continue on down the way.  A large archway seems to mark the end of the 
dungeon, and you swear you can see piles of gold and gemstones littering 
the ground.  This is all well and good up until something peers through 
the arch with a large, amber eye. It seems that this treasure won't 
be such an easy victory after all...  Entering the room, the dragon 
greets you, saying "Welcome, to take this treasure you must defeat me, 
Larry, as per the wishes of my master"
